A Discovery Call is a complimentary 10-minute conversation to explore whether we're the right fit for your health goals. During this brief call, you are invited to share your current health challenges and goals and I will share my approaches as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.

After you click “Let’s Work Together”, you will complete a short form. If there is availability to work together, you will receive a follow-up contact with a scheduling link for a no-cost 10 minute phone or virtual meeting. To ensure unparalleled focus on you and your health goals, only 10 clients are offered memberships at any given time. If all 10 client spots are currently filled, you'll be placed on the waitlist and personally contacted when availability opens.

If, after a Discovery Call, you would like to work together, I will send you a private scheduling link to book your first session. This personalized link will allow you to schedule secure virtual visits, view relevant policies and contracts, and complete payment. You have the option to invite any guests you would like to your virtual visits. I look forward to working with you on your health journey.
