  • Unlimited text and email communication during business hours (8-5 PST)

  • Material development custom to your wellness needs, such as:

    • Visualized health data tracking (glucose trends, progress charts, lab improvements)

  • Most members utilize 3-6 months of services and graduate to as-needed hourly care

  • This service is limited to 10 clients at a time to ensure an uncompromising level of dedication

Should you wish to schedule singular sessions, an hourly rate is available starting at $350 per hour-long virtual visit. Clients find these most useful for:

  • Getting expert guidance on a specific health concern

  • Learning about a metabolic condition (such as diabetes, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, or heart health)

  • Maintaining progress after program completion

  • Receiving support while on the waitlist for monthly memberships
