Do i have to have diabetes to benefit from metabolic coaching?
No, certainly not. While I hold a certification as a diabetes educator, as a dietitian, I support various aspects of metabolic health, including weight management, heart health, liver health, kidney health, and digestive health.
do I recommend any certain diets? No.
I structure suggestions specific to each client. The Macy Diet. The Bill Diet. The Georgia Diet. You will know the perfect diet for you, not anyone else. This is your Signature Plate.

I combine thorough evidence-based approaches with clinical expertise to guide your health journey. This may include wearables such as a continuous glucose monitor, a smartwatch, or a health ring.

Many clients ask about meal planning. Together, we can co-create a personalized menu framework together. It is always approached as a collaborative, client-directed process.
