What is metabolic coaching?

As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, my approach to metabolic coaching is a collaborative one. What we work together on is tailored to your preferences and existing support network.

This often looks like weekly video calls, thorough and personalized health education, and ongoing texting and email support between visits. I pride myself on forging real connections with clients to help empower them to amazing success stories.

In our first visit, we’ll develop a wellness syllabus that will serve as the roadmap to guide us on our journey together. We’ll strategically address each element along the way to ensure you are on the path towards achieving your health goals.

To ensure an uncompromising level of care, I serve no more than 10 clients at a time. If no openings are currently available, I invite you to join the waitlist; you will be personally contacted when a discovery consultation becomes available.

Do i have to have diabetes to benefit from metabolic coaching?

No, certainly not. While I hold a certification as a diabetes educator, as a dietitian, I support various aspects of metabolic health, including weight management, heart health, liver health, kidney health, and digestive health.

I leverage the latest evidence-based approaches, research, and devices to guide your health journey. This may include wearables such as a continuous glucose monitor, a smartwatch, or a health ring. This data by itself holds some secrets; the true power of it is unlocked when paired with metabolic coaching.

It is always approached as a collaborative, client-directed process. Should structured meal planning align with your goals, we will co-create a personalized menu that reflects your dietary preferences.
