During this brief call, you are invited to share your current health challenges and goals and I will share my approaches as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.

If, after a Discovery Call, you would like to work together, I will send you a private scheduling link to book your first session. This personalized link will allow you to schedule secure virtual visits and view relevant policies and contracts. You have the option to invite any guests you would like to your virtual visits.
